About Wave
Bradford based ‘Wave Events’ has gone from strength to strength since it’s inception in 2018. It started as a small idea in a tent at a festival between two friends and has now grown to bring some of the best DJs around the country to Bradford, the 2025 city of culture.
Starting out with events at The Beehive Shipley, Wave grew it’s multi-genre offering with a serving up of House, Techno, Garage, Drum & Bass and Jungle performed by some of the cities most talented DJs. In late 2022 they scaled the event up to one of Bradford’s most legendary event spaces ‘The Mill’ on Preston street where it hosted the likes of Father Funk and Mooqee along with a strong offering of local talent.
The aim of the Wave project is simple. To create a fun, energetic and safe nightlife experience for the city of Bradford, supporting fellow events and promoters as well as bringing some of the best DJs and live artists to the area.
